When planning for a trip on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, I wanted to offer some tips from our travels. First, plan your trip around the Lexington and Frankfort area, the Bardstown area, and or the Louisville area. Make an itinerary, because you’ll have to factor in travel time between distilleries and when tours are. Try as many samples as possible and check the gift shops for exclusive bourbons. Have a great trip!
