Police say that a teenager spread the “Louisville Purge” threat around social media on Aug. 15 and it has since gone viral. The potential threat, which makes all crime legal for 12 hours, also spread to Detroit and has One Direction fans worried since the band’s concert is set to take place in the city on Aug. 16.
